There Needs to be a Law Restricting the Amount of Candles One Can Place on a Cake

I believe that after you are like ten, people should only put the actual number you are turning on the cake (like an one and two or a two and three or something along those lines) rather than putting like eighteen candles on it. It's literally a fire hazard. Look at the picture below. Totally looks like an accident waiting to happen. Seriously, ask my dad who nearly set fire to his sleeve. But then again, it may just be something that only he should have to abide to since he was the person who decided to light eighteen candles while wearing a long sleeve shirt...
